Find quality care to ensure the health of you and your baby:

Ultrasound Services

Ultrasound scans are vital to your health during pregnancy. Women typically require at least one to two ultrasound scans during pregnancy.

A first-trimester ultrasound scan measures how far along you are (gestational age) to estimate your due date. It also screens for early complications such as miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy to ensure you stay healthy and receive necessary medical care.

During the second trimester, there’s usually a second scan (commonly called an anatomy scan) to verify the gender of your baby and look for any potential issues.

Access the services available to you as you navigate how to care for your growing pregnancy. If you aren’t eligible for MoHealthNet or private insurance, our A2A providers may be able to help.

Medical and Mental Health Care

Your body goes through significant physical and hormonal changes during pregnancy. With so many complex changes happening inside your body, it’s critical to attend regular medical appointments to ensure you stay healthy.

A doctor will monitor you throughout your pregnancy during prenatal appointments and care for you through labor, delivery, and recovery.

Typically, childbirth requires a short hospital stay. However, the length can vary based on your and your child’s needs.

Additionally, this new life change can cause you to feel emotional and may impact your mental health. It’s essential to be proactive and seek help if these feelings impact your quality of life and last for weeks.

Prioritize your health and the health of your newborn by caring for yourself physically and mentally. If MoHealthNet, private insurance, and the Department of Mental Health can’t provide the support you need, our network may be able to help.

Drug and Alcohol Testing and Treatment

If you struggle with sobriety, now is the time to get clean. Don’t put your or your baby’s life at risk. If you aren’t eligible for MoHealthNet or private insurance, our A2A providers may be able to help.

Transportation

It’s critical to attend all your appointments and be able to pick up prescriptions and supplies as needed. However, this is challenging without access to transportation.
